This is a really awesome question! I’m glad you asked it… I should have been more specific. There are marsala wines made from a white grape varietal. Oro and Ambra are two such marsalas. Both are fortified wines, golden in color and deep in flavor.

So I just made it and it was awesome but I have a question! You say “Marsala or a similar white wine” but Marsala isn’t a white wine….
